BIG BITE Homecrafted Wholegrain Wraps全麥卷餅

Our wraps are lovingly homemade with 100% wholegrain wheat flour. We make our wraps with Food Folk's Classic Style Vegan Mayo. The layering of flavors in all our wraps will explode in your mouth.

Sweets and Smart Snacks 甜點

All our sweet treats happen to be eggless and are made with the minimum amount of natural sugar. Our sugars are either Sucanat (evaporated cane sugar) or coconut sugar.

8 Week Helper Cooking Classes

This is primarily a HELPER training class focused on teaching methods, techniques and principles and not just recipes. Helpers will come away with knowledge of cooking formulas that work over and over again in the home kitchen. Help your helper learn how to create time honored healthy dishes in your own home. Or come yourself and learn with our chefs!

This course will award a Certificate of Completion after at least 4 sessions are attended.

Please bring you own tasting containers. This is a HANDS ON training course.

Food Folk introduces the NOURISHED Inside and Out. This will bring new personalised meal plans with holistic health coaching all together, to improve lifestyle, consciousness of food and your health.

ur Weekly Nourished Plan offers you the flexibility to choose 2 or 3 meals per day. It gets you started quickly on a balanced meal program taking the fuss away of meal prepping at home.

What you'll get on this weekly plan:

...Balanced meals 5 days a week of 3 or 2 meals a day and 2 snacks designed by our health chefs
…Your meals will reflect balanced macro nutrients.

So, let us do the kitchen work while you do the transforming.

A sample Meal Day plan is as follows:

Breakfast: Homemade Yogurt and Blueberry Compote
Snack 1: Boiled Egg with Spinach
Lunch: Chicken Hummus Wrap
Snack 2: Quiche Lorrain Muffin
Dinner: Kerala Fish Curry

1. Are the meals delivered different from the website? The meal plan menu is different though some meals may overlap with those offered on the website.
2. Can I pause the plan if I need to? Yes, you can pause the plan at any time but pls let us know by 5pm of the day before you plan to pause.
3. Is health coaching FREE? The Weekly Meal Only plan comes with a brief health coach session to establish your personalised meal plan. The Weekly Meals + Health Coaching plan comes with a 45 min health coaching session.

1. You will be asked for a date and time of delivery. Simply ignore this and make any date/time selection. Your meals for the day will always be delivered between 9am-12noon Mondays to Fridays and unless you remark other specific days.
